Yeah...I was going to put a post up to see what people wanted to do this Thursday, but I'm all for heading down if we want to go as a group (we can head down in the church Suburban or our van, depending on how many people want to go) and then afterward, assuming places are still open, we can go to Starbucks or someplace and hang out. Talk with a few people if you want and you guys get back to me fairly soon and we can set up a time to leave (game starts at 7:30 pm). I'll probably put a post up here on the blog in the next day or two about it.

Thanks for the encouragement...not the most comfortable thing for me to do...or anyone, I suppose (this whole process of becoming more and more the people God wants us to be gets hard at times). Good to be supported.

That's a good point, Amanda. We can try to incorporate the tables into the 'forest' area--maybe over the next few days I can sketch a layout or two so we can have an idea as to what that might look like.

Hey Ron. I was thinking wherever we place the picnic tables it should be a relaxing spot. The place we talked about before was to the left right by the fence and I'm not sure that's really a nice view to look at. If we did this "forest" type thing like we were saying maybe we could incorporate a few tables in there instead of by the fence. Just a thought.
